J&J Realtors was launched in 2020 and had $0 spent on their online marketing (before Front Digital).

With only a few sales, Jassi struggled to make his company familiar to his local market.

Tired of losing potential clients to larger real estate agencies, they needed to make their company stand out.

The Results

Through nurturing these leads, we produced J&J a genuine seller with a listed home value over $1million.

In our second month, Front Digital generated a total of 75 appraisals for J&J Realtors.

The Process

J&J’s biggest downfall was having very little social proof online. They were rarely engaging with their audience – posting approx. once per month.

Our team recognised that their audience first required value – before we could ask for something in return (i.e. a lead).

This strategy filled up J&J’s calendar, getting them on the phone with local homeowners to build relationships.
